Commonly integrated platforms include HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Notion, Calendly, Twilio, WhatsApp, and any custom CRM or internal system. If your tool has an API, we can automate it.

Do I need an ongoing retainer?

No. Most projects are completed as one-time builds — you own the automation once it's live. We do offer optional ongoing support packages for businesses that want regular monitoring, updates, and new workflow additions, but there is no requirement to continue paying after your project is delivered.

How does the free workflow audit work?

Before building anything, we map your existing processes. We schedule a 45-minute call or on-site visit where we document how your team actually operates — then identify every manual, repetitive task that's costing you time and money. You receive a prioritised automation roadmap at the end. This is completely free, and you keep the roadmap whether you hire us or not.
